Koustav Samanta

Founder

Koustav Samanta is a Research Analyst in the Finance Market including Stock and Foreign Exchange Market, where he manages corporate sector funds and guides beginners with clarity and precision. He has six years of experience in the stock market and four years of experience in finance marketing under IDSA. By working closely with international entrepreneurs from the U.K., U.S., Cyprus, U.A.E., and Bangladesh, he has gained a deep understanding of wealth-building strategies and financial growth. Koustav teaches the Law of Attraction, entrepreneurship, stock trading, forex market analysis, and human development through Forex India Advisory, helping individuals build confidence and financial knowledge.
His mission is to spread financial awareness and help people understand how to invest wisely, manage risks, and build stable returns on their investments. He contributes to the GBIN forum under the Switch On Foundation, where he guides organic farmers and eco-entrepreneurs in developing sustainable agricultural projects. His vision includes creating a future “Green City” that supports enterprise growth and societal development.
He has worked with Yogitha Biofarming Pvt. Ltd. as the Business Development Manager, where he assisted in soil testing and building networks among farmers. Later, as the Vice President of Start Up Foundation, he collaborated with schools, financial institutions, community groups, and NGOs to spread financial literacy through interactive workshops and awareness programs. Currently, he is the Founder of the Uttampragatee Foundation, where he focuses on skill development, social empowerment, and helping youth and women become self-reliant.
Through his teaching and mentorship, many young individuals and homemakers have become independent and have moved forward confidently in their careers.

Priya Dhar

Co-Founder & Project Coordinator

Priya Dhar is the Co-Founder and Project Coordinator of Bharat Gyaan Pragati Yatra under the Uttampragatee Foundation, where she works to bring positive change through education, awareness, and skill development. With over five years of experience in digital journalism, she has worked with leading media platforms such as Banglar Parva Kagaz, Kolkata Prime, Bengali Chronicle, Bangla Hunt, Independent Bengal, and Prothom Kolkata, and is known for her strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Along with journalism, she is also skilled in Fashion Designing, Self-Grooming, and Beauty Pageants, and was recently honored at thenahina Be Tuloauty Pageant 2024. Priya also guides and trains young learners who aspire to build a career in media, helping them develop confidence and responsible thinking. She has a background in Information Technology and has completed a Marketing Internship at Infosys, which helped strengthen her understanding of digital strategy and communication. Through Bharat Gyaan Pragati Yatra, she is actively working to support students, promote skill development, reduce unemployment, and empower young girls and parents with knowledge, awareness, and confidence to shape a brighter future.

Wahida Rahaman

Project Coordinator Of Sikshyaa Daan

Wahida Rahaman is a dynamic Personality Development Coach, Youth Motivator, and Communication Specialist, passionate about helping individuals discover confidence, clarity, and purpose in life. A UPSC Pre-Qualified Candidate and National-Level Badminton Player under the Rashtriya Khel Parishad, Delhi, her journey reflects discipline, resilience, and leadership. Her competitive sports background has strengthened her mental fortitude, while her academic achievements have deepened her understanding of service, growth, and personal excellence. Recognized as the “Master of Communication” and awarded “Best Curriculum Activist” during college, Wahida believes that true success begins from within — through self-awareness, a strong personality, and confident communication. Today, she empowers students, youth, and aspiring professionals to strengthen self-belief, communicate with clarity, overcome limitations, and lead with confidence in both life and career. Her purpose is simple yet powerful — to inspire transformation from the inside out.
