Founded on April 1, 2025, Uttampragatee Foundation is a Ministry of Corporate Affairs–certified organization (CIN: U88900WB2025NPL278011) committed to building a sustainable, inclusive, and empowered India. We promote climate-resilient agriculture, clean energy, green livelihoods, and sustainable food systems while creating awareness among students and youth.Through our flagship initiative, Bharat Gyaan Pragati Yatra, we provide 100% free skill development programs, with only minimal charges applicable for exam and internet handling fees for online courses. For the financial course, we charge ₹1,800, of which 70% is contributed to support underprivileged children, helping them access skill-based education and other resources to achieve their dreams. Our programs cover financial literacy, media literacy, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and digital skills, empowering students, job seekers, and aspiring entrepreneurs with practical, real-world knowledge. With a dedicated team operating across two states, we drive holistic community development through education, skill-building, leadership, and innovation, aligned with NEP 2020—helping individuals learn, grow, and succeed.

Koustav Samanta is a finance market research analyst, educator, and social impact leader with 6+ years of experience in stock markets and 4+ years in financial marketing, serving as an active Board Member and Founder of Uttampragatee Foundation & Bharat Gyaan Pragati Yatra. With expertise in equity and forex analysis, corporate fund management, and beginner-focused financial guidance—backed by global exposure across the U.K., U.S., UAE, Cyprus, and Bangladesh—he empowers youth, women, and homemakers through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, savings, and personal development, driving self-reliance and long-term financial stability.

Priya Dhar

Co-Founder & Project Coordinator

Priya Dhar is a journalist, educator with 5+ years of experience in digital journalism, serving as Co-Founder and Project Coordinator of Bharat Gyaan Pragati Yatra and an active Board Member of Uttampragatee Foundation. Blending strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with expertise in media training, fashion, and self-grooming, she empowers students, young girls, and parents through education, skill development, and awareness—driving confidence, responsibility, and a brighter future.

Wahida Rehaman

Project Coordinator of "Sikshyaa Daan"

Wahida Rahaman is a Personality Development Coach, Youth Motivator, and Communication Specialist dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, clarity, and purpose. A UPSC Pre-Qualified candidate and National-Level Badminton Player (Rashtriya Khel Parishad, Delhi), she blends discipline, resilience, and leadership from both academics and sports. Honored as Master of Communication and Best Curriculum Activist, she believes true success begins within. Wahida empowers students and professionals to strengthen self-belief, communicate confidently, overcome limitations, and lead with purpose.

Uttampragatee Foundation, through its Bharat Gyaan Pragati Yatra initiative, conducts impactful school workshops across India to deliver inclusive, value-based education that transcends religion and social boundaries. These workshops integrate plant-based nutrition, environmental responsibility, financial literacy, digital skills, and life values—empowering students from all backgrounds to live healthier lives, make informed financial and digital choices, and become environmentally conscious, responsible citizens capable of building sustainable livelihoods and shaping a greener, more equitable future for India.
