Refund Policy

Refund Policy and Course Objective: If any participant wishes to discontinue our Financial Literacy Course, they may request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of joining. In such cases, 10% of the total amount will be deducted towards service charges and Google/UPI/payment gateway processing fees. The remaining 90% of the amount will be refunded to the participant’s bank account.

Our Objective:
In today’s world, many individuals lose their hard-earned money by investing blindly through various social media promotions and online advertisements, often without proper financial knowledge. 
The primary goal of our course is to:
  • Help participants understand the fundamentals of investment before investing their money.
  • Guide them to open a Demat Account only through SEBI-registered brokers or banks.
  • Teach them how to identify legal and regulated Forex Broker Houses and invest responsibly.
  • Support individuals who wish to build a passive income stream by helping them work under a SEBI-registered Sub-Broking Firm, with the right education and skill development.

    How to Apply for a Refund:
    Participants who wish to apply for a refund must send their refund request along with the required documents to our official email ID:

    Documents Required:

    1. Payment receipt or transaction proof.
    2. Bank account details for refund.
    3. Valid KYC document (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN Card).
    4. A short written reason for discontinuing the course.
    Refund Processing Time:
    Once the refund request and documents are verified, the refund will be processed within three (3) working days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.
    Example: If a refund request is submitted on Friday, the processing period will begin on Monday.
